Free Entry Policy
- Introduction
Smartee Competitions offers a free postal entry route for every Competition. This free entry route is provided to ensure that participation is available without requiring payment and forms part of the Competition Rules.
Free postal entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
- Eligibility
To submit a free postal entry, you must:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Meet all eligibility requirements set out in the Competition Rules.
- Submit your entry before the Competition Closing Date.
- Follow all instructions in this Free Entry Policy.
- How to Enter for Free
To enter a Competition free of charge, send a handwritten postal entry containing:
- Your full name
- Your full postal address
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The name of the Competition you wish to enter

Each envelope must contain only one entry.
Photocopies, printed entries, incomplete entries, bulk entries or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
- One Entry Per Envelope
Only one Competition entry may be submitted in each envelope.
Where multiple entries are received in the same envelope, only one entry may be accepted or all entries may be rejected at our discretion.
- Closing Date
Free postal entries must be received before the published Competition Closing Date.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition.
Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
- Entry Validation
All free postal entries will be checked to ensure they comply with these requirements.
Entries may be rejected if they are:
Incomplete.
Illegible.
Received late.
Not handwritten.
Missing required information.
Submitted in breach of the Competition Rules.
7. Equal Chance of Winning
Every valid free postal entry will receive one Competition entry and will have exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.
The winner will be selected using the same random draw process used for all valid entries.
- No Purchase Necessary
Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Both paid entries and valid free postal entries participate equally in the random draw.
- Changes to This Policy
Smartee Competitions reserves the right to amend this Free Entry Policy where necessary, provided that any changes comply with applicable law and are published on the Website before taking effect.
